OpsCore Privacy Notice

How information is used when OpsCore is used to book, attend and record tyre service work.

Who is responsible

OpsCore is the operations platform used by Tuckwell Tyres. The business providing your tyre service is responsible for the personal information processed through OpsCore for that service. OpsCore is the name of the software platform, not a separate data controller.

Information we may use

This can include contact details, vehicle and fleet details, job and service records, messages and message attachments, photos, access instructions, approximate or precise GPS locations you choose to provide, and technical records needed to operate the secure driver link.

Why we use it

We use this information to arrange and deliver tyre services, locate vehicles and site entrances, communicate job status, keep service and safety records, prepare billing and reports, resolve queries, and protect the security and integrity of the service.

Location information

When you press a location button, your browser or phone asks for permission before sharing GPS. The location is used to help the technician find the vehicle or entrance and may be retained with the job record. OpsCore does not use the driver link to continuously track your live location. When a technician marks a job En Route, their device location may be used once to calculate an approximate journey time; that starting location is not stored in the driver-link record or shown to the driver.

How long information is kept

Information is kept only for as long as reasonably required for operational, service-history, accounting, legal, safety and dispute-resolution purposes. Secure driver links expire after 12 hours, although information deliberately submitted through the link may remain attached to the job record.

Sharing and security

Information is available only to people and service providers who need it to operate or support the tyre service, subject to appropriate access controls. Information may also be disclosed where required by law.

Your rights and questions

You may have rights under UK data protection law over personal information relating to you, including rights of access and correction and, in some circumstances, deletion, restriction or objection. For a privacy request or question, contact the business that provided the tyre service using its normal contact details.

Last updated: 25 August 2026. This notice is intended as an operational privacy notice for OpsCore and should be reviewed against the business's final legal identity, contact details, retention policy and service-provider arrangements before wider public rollout.
